reTREAT yourself to the rejuvenating jungles of Playa Guiones, Costa Rica. 

This gathering will be hosted at the Nomadic Nosara, a small boutique hotel that offers an exquisite, personalized experience. Enjoy solo time in a luxurious private room or bunk up with others in a shared room. Pricing starts at $1,800.

Mornings = introspective practices + small group shares. Afternoons = all levels, full spectrum alignment driven Hatha Yoga practices. There will be lots of free time to enjoy the ocean, jungle, pool and the charming surf town of Nosara. 

 
 

Retreat includes:

  • 5 nights accommodations at The Nomadic Hotel

  • daily morning meditation, pranayama & journaling

  • afternoon Hatha yoga with Darren & Brigette

  • breakfast daily & 3 group dinners prepared by a private chef at The Nomadic Hotel

Not included: 2 dinners and lunch daily, airfare and transportation to/from airport.

Bunk RooM

The Nest apartment
